April 25, Fineko/abc.az. A fine has been imposed for violating the Rules for providing refutations, answers and corrections by media subjects.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences, which was approved by President Ilham Aliyev today.

According to the Code, officials will be fined 300 to 600 manats for violating the Rules established by the Law on Mass Media for providing refutations, answers and corrections by media subjects, and legal entities — from 1,000 to 1,500 manats.
