April 11, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis MP Vugar Bayramov has commented on the visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Kazakhstan.
ABC.AZ reports that the MP noted that Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have created conditions for increasing the countries' revenues from international cargo transportation:
"Considering that both Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan carry out systematic activities related to the development of the non-energy sector, international cargo transportation is becoming one of the leading industries in the non-oil sector. In this regard, cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, contributing to the development of the region, leads to a sharp increase in the volume of income received by both countries from international cargo transportation, and in 2022 we’ve already seen an increase in the volume of cargo transported through both countries. The volume of cargo transported through Azerbaijan has increased more than by 30%. This is due to mutual cooperation and infrastructure development."
