April 7, Fineko/abc.az. In compliance with the Cabinet Ministers’ relevant decision, Azerbaijan will restrict the import of automobiles whose age exceeds 10 years, depending on the date of production of the plant.

ABC.AZ reports that the ban on cars with service life of more than 10 years caused price fluctuations in the automotive market in the country.

Therefore, we decided to study the change in car prices depending on the year of manufacture and model.

We paid attention to the sites of cash price announcements for cars that are over 10 years old by the factory release date. In the models we have selected, the cheapest and most expensive prices vary as follows:

Mercedes (production year: 2005-2012) – 8,800-34,500 manats

Chevrolet Aveo (2005-2012) – 7,200-13,000 manats

Hyundai Accent (2005-2012) – 7,800-19,500 manats

Opel Astra (2005-2012) – 7,200-17,000 manats

Toyota Prius (2005-2012) – 10,500-22,800 manats

KIA Ceed (2005-2012) – 11,800-21,200 manats
