April 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) is one of the rare companies in the country, whose annual revenue exceeds AZN 1 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that Minister of Digital Development & Transport Rashad Nabiyev said this at the signing ceremony of the agreement on the acquisition of 12 aircrafts Airbus of family A320neo.

He added that the signing of the agreement is an important step not only for the future activities of AZAL, but also for the further development of the country: "AZAL is one of the first companies established in the country after independence."
