April 6, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, 19,200 families are experiencing great difficulties with reimbursement of necessary expenses.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that a survey was conducted on whether average household incomes can cover the necessary household expenses.

Following the survey, it was established that 0.8% of households in Azerbaijan have great difficulties with reimbursing necessary expenses.

If we take into account that there are about 2.4 million households in Azerbaijan and each household accounts for an average of 4.23 people, it turns out that 81,200 people are experiencing great difficulties in meeting their needs.

In addition, the share of households experiencing difficulties with covering their necessary expenses in the total number of households was 4.2%. This means that 101,000 families or 424,000 people in the country are experiencing difficulties with meeting their basic needs.

In Azerbaijan, 70.1% of families (1.68 million families), or about 7 million people, easily compensate for their immediate needs.

It is reported that only 5% of families meet their basic needs very easily. And 5% of the total number of households is about 500,000 people.
