April 4, Fineko/abc.az. Chinese Huawei has introduced another update.

ABC.AZ reports that the company has presented a new charging station for electric vehicles.

According to its parameters, the Huawei charging station is not inferior to charging station Tesla Supercharger V4.

A prototype of Huawei's new ultrafast charging station for electric vehicles has been installed in China. It allows to output 600 kW of power, the maximum current is 600 A, the voltage is 200 – 1,000 V.

In theory, it is capable of charging a traction battery with capacity of 100 kWh in just 10 minutes, but in reality it is almost impossible: there are no cars that would support such fast charging. Nevertheless, the output parameters are flexibly selected depending on the connected electric vehicle (the station supports the Chinese DC fast charging standard adopted in 2015).
