March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The transit traffic through the territory of Azerbaijan is growing and will continue to grow.

ABC.AZ reports Minister of Digital Development & Transport Rashad Nabiyev stated about this at panel "The role of new energy & transport corridors in the Eurasia zone" within the X Global Baku Forum on the theme "The World of Today: Challenges & Hopes".

The minister noted that transit traffic through Azerbaijan could grow 2-fold in the next 10 years: "The growing demand will be properly met".
