Azerbaijan imports the most expensive perfume from this country

February 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has published the volumes and prices of perfumes and toilet water imported from abroad in 2022.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that our country imported 1,362.09 tons of perfumes and toilet water for $26.5 million from abroad last year.

Compared with 2021, the volume of imports of these goods increased by 6.4%, and the cost by 15.6%.

The published customs figures give an idea of the approximate prices of these goods imported into the country.

According to official data, the average import price of perfumes and toilet water imported into the country was about 2 cents per gram.

The most expensive perfumes and eau de toilette are imported in Azerbaijan from France.

Last year, our country imported 113,300 tons of perfumes and toilet water for $10.556 million.

The average import price of a gram of perfume and toilet water from France was 9.3 cents.
