February 27, Fineko/abc.az. The authorities of Kazakhstan have closed their trade representation in Russia

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Kazakh government’s decree "On some issues of the Ministry of Trade & Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

"To liquidate the state institution "Trade Representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation" of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the document says.

The resolution is put into effect from the date of its signing.

On February 1, the press service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration reported that as part of the process of optimizing the work of state bodies, taking into account the high level of interaction with Russia, a decision was made to abolish the trade mission of the republic in Russia.

This is because all institutional conditions have been created for the Kazakh business to work in Russia and resolve all operational issues.
