February 27, Fineko/abc.az. With the entry into force of the Law on Food Safety, a legal framework has been formed for many innovations, a registration system has been created in accordance with international requirements.
ABC.AZ reports that according to the Food Safety Agency, food facilities on the territory of which primary production, processing, turnover and disposal of food and feed products are carried out and do not require approval, food facilities operating without food facilities, as well as facilities where the production and processing of materials and products is carried out, those in contact with food products are subject to direct registration by the Agency.
According to the amendment, state fees for the registration of objects and entities, as well as for making changes to the registry data and issuing a duplicate extract from the registry have been canceled.
