February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Amendments have been made to the procedure for reviewing applications from banks and non-bank credit organizations for inclusion in the register maintained by the State Customs Committee, ABC.AZ reports, quoting PM Ali Asadov.
Under the decision from 18 February 2023, the existing difficulties in the application of bank guarantees, which are a type of guarantees for the repayment of customs debts, will be eliminated.
