Changes made to rates of customs duties on export-import operations

February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Some goods imported into the country by legal entities or individuals (residents of the Mingachevir Hi-Tech Park) who carry out business activities without forming a legal entity are exempt from customs duties in the next two years.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the amendments made to the Cabinet Ministers ‘Resolution from 22 April 1998 #91 "On the rates of customs duties on export-import operations in Azerbaijan".

According to the list provided by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, goods imported under 15 commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity are exempt from customs duty until 28 August 2025.
