Azerbaijan increases supply of alcoholic beverages to Russia

February 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has increased the volume of alcoholic beverages exported to Russia by more than 10 times in 2022, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee.

Azerbaijan exported alcoholic beverages for totally $10.59 million to Russia.

206,870 decaliters of bottled grape wine were exported, with an export value of $4.39 million.

Whiskey became the second largest exported commodity from the country. The volume of exports of this strong drink to Russia, the production of which began in Azerbaijan recently, amounted to 120,210 decaliters, which is $3.96 million of imports.
