February 22, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of retail trade turnover in Azerbaijan in 2022 will amount to AZN 52.17 million.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that in 2022 the retail trade turnover in Baku increased by 20.2% compared with 2021 and amounted to AZN 30.819 million.
59% of the retail turnover in Azerbaijan accounts for Baku.
In Central Aran Economic Region, the volume of this indicator increased by 12.2% up to AZN 2.549 million, in Absheron-Khizi Economic Region by 21.8% up to AZN 2.307 million, in Lenkoran-Astara Economic Region by 17.7% up to AZN 2.27 million, in Ganja-Dashkesan Economic Region by 15.5% up to AZN 2.104 million, in Gazakh-Tovuz Economic Region by 17.6% up to AZN 1.96 million, in Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region by 14.6% up to AZN 1.67 million, in Sheki-Zagatala Economic Region by 15.2% up to AZN 1.612 million, in Shirvan-Salyan Economic Region by 13.8% up to AZN 1.68 million, in Mil-Mugan Economic Region by 17.4% up to AZN 1.309 million, in Karabakh Economic Region by 19.55% up to AZN 1.25 million, and in Gorno-Shirvan Economic Region by 15% up to AZN 871 million.
