February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The procedure for recalculation of labor pensions has changed. In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree. With the change, the list of cases of recalculation of labor pensions has been expanded.

ABC.AZ reports that Eyvaz Ismailov, the head of the Pension Assignment Department of the State Social Protection Fund, said that in the previous legislation, a pension was assigned to military personnel after their dismissal.

If the servicemen returned to military service again, pensions of such persons were not accrued on the basis of the cost of the last provision.

Under the new decree, transfer of labor pension from one type to another new type of pension provision for members of the family of martyrs will be calculated from the date of assignment of the status of a martyr to the head of the family.
