February 16, Fineko/abc.az. The adoption of the Competition Code is very important. With the adoption of this Code, it is possible to achieve a positive result in development of entrepreneurship in the country.
ABC.AZ reports that MP Ali Masimli said this on 16 February at a meeting of committee members with members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy.
Speaking about the optimization of the tax burden, Masimli stressed the importance of reducing the VAT interest rate.
Emphasizing the significance of conducting a social survey among entrepreneurs, Committee’s deputy chairman said: "At one time, at the initiative of national leader Heydar Aliyev, a social survey was conducted among entrepreneurs, and this had a very positive impact. Privatization is an important issue. This would help to launch enterprises that have been inactive for decades. We must increase the pace of the economy in accordance with our potential."
Referring to property relations related to land, the MP noted the importance of serious steps in this area.
