February 16, Fineko/abc.az. TV and radio channels of Turkiye, Azerbaijan and Northern Cyprus conducted a joint broadcast within the earthquake relief campaign entitled "Turkiye - One Heart".

ABC.AZ reports that the amount of donations collected during the campaign amounted to 115.1 bn liras ($6.106 bn).

"The campaign organized to help the victims of the earthquake in Turkiye was supported by 213 television and 562 radio channels from around the world. As of 03:10 Turkish time, the amount of donations during the campaign amounted to 115.1 bn liras ($6.106 bn). More than 9 million SMS messages of support have been received," Anadolu reports.

These funds will be transferred to the accounts of the Turkish Disaster Management & Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) and the Turkish Red Crescent Society.
