February 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Moldovan authorities closed temporarily the airspace of Moldova for security reasons, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Air Moldova.

"Dear passengers, at the moment the airspace of the Republic of Moldova is closed, we are waiting for the resumption of flights. Those who are at the airport today, on board or about to take off, stay calm and follow the information panels at the airport, as well as on the airline's website and the airport," Air Moldova said in a statement.

Earlier, Moldovan President Maia Sandu stated that attacks were being prepared on Moldova. According to her version, "the purpose of sabotage is to overthrow the constitutional order in order to transfer the country to Russia".
