February 14, Fineko/abc.az. “By the end of this month we are going to begin construction in all our provinces,” ABC.AZ reports, quoting Turkish Minister of Ecology & Climate Change Murat Kurum.

"So far, we’ve examined 307,763 buildings in 10 provinces, that is, 1.586 million houses and workplaces. We’ve determined that 41,791 buildings were demolished, are subject to immediate demolition, and were caused serious damage.”

Noting that badly damaged buildings will be demolished, the minister said that “our citizens should not take things from their apartments without AFAD coordination”.
