Turkey’s mobile operators declare free service for a month

February 13, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish mobile operators Türk Telekom, Turkcell and Vodafone have declared all services free for one month, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Turkish presidential aide Fuat Oktay.

The free service is calculated from the day of the earthquake - February 6.
