Import of cell phone for personal use also to be subject to customs duty

January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Strict control over the import of mobile phones by citizens begins in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that from 15 February several important innovations will be introduced in this area.

The innovation concerns both phone registration and customs duty.

So, from now on, even for phones delivered not for sale, an additional fee will be charged. That is, customs duty will also be charged from phones imported from abroad for personal use.
