January 12, Fineko/abc.az. According to another amendment to the Tax Code, taking into account the fact that the territories liberated from occupation have a wide tourism potential, VAT paid for hotel services will be refunded to consumers.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to State Tax Service’s press service that consumers who are individuals will be refunded 30% VAT paid in cash and 5% VAT paid in cash for overnight and accommodation services rendered by hotels located within these territories.
