January 11, Fineko/abc.az. Two canneries are under liquidation in Azerbaijan - Lənkəran-Konserv OJSC and Qazax Konserv Zavodu OJSC.
ABC.AZ reports that both organizations informed their shareholders about this and invited them to the meeting.
An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Lənkəran-Konserv (in the process of liquidation — TIN 2600118231) will be held on 10 February at address: 77 Ali Bayramov Str., Lankaran city.
The meeting participants will consider issues relating to the approval of the liquidation balance sheet of the company, approval of the report reflecting the plan for the division of residual property between the participants, withdrawal from circulation and liquidation of its securities, appeal to the appropriate registration department for the liquidation of the company and its exclusion from the state register of commercial legal entities of Azerbaijan.
And a week later, on 17 February, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Qazax Konserv Zavodu (in the process of liquidation 4200087251) will be held at address: Gazakh, A. Shikhlinsky Str., 105.
