January 5, Fineko/abc.az. During the celebration of the new year, there was an increase in meat prices in Azerbaijan.
ABC.AZ informs that currently, in some slaughterhouses of the capital, 1 kg of beef is sold at 14-16 manats and 1 kg of lamb at 19-20 manats.
Sellers link the rise of meat price with increased demand during the holidays.
They added that the price increase is temporary. They believe that from next week the price of meat will fall again.
