December 26, Fineko/abc.az. With taking into account the statistically estimated value of exported crude oil and natural gas, registered by customs authorities but whose customs clearance has not been fully completed, foreign trade turnover for Jan-Oct 2022 amounted to $46.6 bn, including the value of exports for $35.45 bn and imports for $11.587 bn. As a result, the trade surplus reached $23.458 bn.
ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that compared with Jan-Oct 2021, foreign trade turnover in actual prices grew by 68.6% and in real terms by 9.3%, including exports by 13.3% and imports by 1.7%.
90% of foreign trade turnover accounted for trade operations with Italy, Turkey, Russia, India, China, Israel, Greece, UK, Croatia, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Portugal, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, U.S, Indonesia, Vietnam, Romania, Switzerland, Tunisia and Iran.
