December 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Trading House of Pakistan will be opened in Azerbaijan in the next six months, ABC.AZ reports, quoting the Pakistani ambassador to Azerbaijan Bilal Haye.
He added that work is currently underway in this direction.
The diplomat noted that Azerbaijan-Pakistan trade turnover is not large, and they hope that with the opening of the Trading House there will be a significant increase in it.
"We are not satisfied with two countries’ trade turnover, we hope that with the opening of the Trading House, the bilateral trade will approximately triple. The Embassy organizes meetings to increase trade turnover. A delegation of the Pakistan Rice Exporters Association visited Azerbaijan last week. Representatives of 18-19 large companies visited Azerbaijan and held meetings here," the diplomat said.
