December 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AQTA) has appealed to entrepreneurs in connection with the Law on Food Safety, which will enter into force on 1 January 2023, ABC.AZ was informed at AQTA.
The adoption of the Law will play an important role in preventing possible threats to the life and health of people in the country, strengthening state control over compliance with norms and rules concerning safety and minimum quality requirements in the production and processing of food products: "As you know, the new law not only forms the legal basis for many innovations in the system food safety, but also provides for the simplification of some administrative procedures within the framework of the policy of state support for entrepreneurs."
AQTA calls on every entrepreneur working in the field of nutrition to carefully familiarize themselves with the provisions of this law and build their activities in accordance with the requirements of the new law.
