December 16, Fineko/abc.az. The maximum amount is determined, in excess of which the purchase & sale of precious stones, precious metals, including products made of precious stones and precious metals, as well as cultural products will be carried out only in cashless form.
ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed new Article 3.4.15 to the Law on Non-Cash Payments, discussed at today's Milli Majlis meeting.
According to the draft, if the total amount of precious stones, precious metals, including products made of precious stones and precious metals, as well as cultural goods exceeds 15,000 manats, payment of their cost will be carried out only in a non-cash form.
If the law is adopted, it will come into force on February 1, 2023.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the 1st reading.
