December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The powers of the Tariff Council are being reduced.
ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendment to the Rules of allocation, registration, use and establishment of payment for radio frequencies of the Cabinet Ministers.
One-time and urgent (monthly or annual) tariffs are established for radio frequencies used for civilian purposes, taking into account their purpose, quantity, bandwidth and operated radio-electronic means.
According to the change, the determination of tariffs will be carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport in coordination with the Ministries of Economy and of Finance, taking into account the number of radio frequency ratings (channels), technical indicators of the radio electronic means used (RES), network technologies, the degree of significance of the band, demand, the volume of technical research and measurement work.
