October 31, Fineko/abc.az. Entrepreneur Elon Musk, who bought Twitter last week, announced that the social network will review the account verification process.

ABC.AZ reports that Twitter will also raise the fee for Twitter Blue subscription holders from $4.99 to $19.99 per month.

The social network will increase the price four times for the Twitter Blue option, which opens access to additional functions. It is planned that everyone who paid for it will be verified. It is assumed that users who have already received the verification check mark will have 90 days to issue a new subscription, or they will lose it.

Elon Musk, according to the publication, set a deadline for the new function until 7 November, threatening employees with dismissal if they do not have time to do the work on time.

Elon Musk closed the deal to buy Twitter on October 27, its amount was $44 billion.
