October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia’s chocolate imports exceeded the level before the pandemic.

ABC.AZ reports that in the period from January to August 2022 Georgia imported chocolate for $36.2 million ($28.6 million for Jan-Aug 2021 and $23.4 million for Jan-Aug 2020).

In 2022, the countries exporting most of all chocolate to Georgia were Russia ($16.078 million), Turkey ($7.025 million) and Ukraine ($4.382 million).

Azerbaijan is among Top 10 of countries exporting chocolate to Georgia. Over Jan-Aug 2022, Georgia imported chocolate from Azerbaijan for $490,200.
