October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Registration of foreigners has been suspended in eight more districts of Istanbul, including Kucukcekmeje, Basaksehir, Bagcilar, Avcilar, Bakhchelievler, Sultangazi, Esenliar and Zeytinburna, ABC.AZ reports, citing Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu.

The new decision does not apply to foreigners receiving higher education, owning real estate and living in these regions for health reasons.

Earlier, registration of foreign citizens was also suspended in the provinces of Fatih and Esenyurd.
