October 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2022, Azerbaijan's total exports amounted to $29.5 bn, including nonoil exports for $2.1 bn.

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications reports that nonoil exports increased by 17% (versus Jan-Sept 2021). The share of nonoil exports in country’s total exports made up 7.1%.

Over the past 9 months Azerbaijan’s chemical industry export grew 2.4-fold, aluminum and products made from it by 38%, ferrous metals and products made from them by 20.7%.

According to the Center, in September 2022 our country’s total export was carried out for $3.3 bn, including nonoil exports for $231.2 million. Compared with September 2021, nonoil exports grew by 2.9%.

Last month, food exports increased by 7.4% up to $49.7 million and nonfoods by 1.7% up to $181.6 million.
