Interest in Georgia grows - real estate sales increased much

September 19, Fineko/abc.az. Sales of luxury apartments have increased sharply in Tbilisi, ABC.AZ reports with reference to consulting company Colliers Georgia.

This indicator has grown by 153% over the year.

The total number of housing purchase and sale transactions in Tbilisi increased by 26% against last August.

In August 2022, a total of 3,689 sales were made. At that, the market volume grew to $190 million (44% more than last year).
