September 9, Fineko/abc.az. Earlier it was reported that Russian citizens are rushing to Georgia and have even created 7,500 companies here for the past 6 months.

ABC.AZ reports that Georgian officials state that most of them have not yet started their activities.

In general, out of 800,000 companies that still exist in Georgia, only 200,000 have real activities.

At that, the number of house purchases by Russian citizens from Georgia is growing rapidly. From the beginning of 2022 to the present, Russians have bought more than 4,000 apartments in Georgia.

In July alone, the number of apartments purchased by Russian citizens exceeded 3,000.

Georgian real estate agencies report that Russians are more likely to buy apartments in new buildings in Tbilisi and Batumi, on the Black Sea coast.
