September 1, Fineko/abc.az. North Korea is interested in sending construction workers to help restore the territories occupied by Russia in eastern Ukraine, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the story prepared by TRT Haber.

It was noted that the DPRK ambassador expressed optimism about cooperation in the "field of labor migration".

However, the sanctions of the UN Security Council for the DPRK's nuclear program prohibit the involvement of citizens of the country outside its borders.
