August 26, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree dated August 9, 2005 on the Application of the Law on Telecommunications.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the document, decision-making powers on radio frequencies have been transferred from the Tariff Council to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. But these decisions must be coordinated with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance.
