July 21, Fineko/abc.az. The EU has banned the import of gold from Russia.

ABC.AZ reports that the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy & Security Josep Borrel wrote about this on his Twitter account.

"Today, we are taking another step to reduce Russia's ability to finance its aggression against Ukraine. We are effectively imposing a ban on Russia's largest export after energy – Russian gold," Borrel emphasized.
